GLP Me Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of GLP Me. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Wellness Tracking Only
GLP Me helps you record medication and pill routines, doses, injections, symptoms, nutrition, hydration, weight, activity, and progress. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing, medication adjustment, or titration recommendations.
Always consult a qualified clinician about medication use, missed doses, side effects, symptoms, treatment decisions, or emergencies. Do not delay seeking care because of information shown in GLP Me.
Your Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining appropriate backups. Private iCloud sync depends on Apple's iCloud service and your device settings and is not guaranteed to be immediate or uninterrupted. Nutrition values, medication-level estimates, pattern summaries, and search results are estimates from user input and third-party data and may be incomplete or incorrect.
G AI Companion
G generates responses using selected information you explicitly allow GLP Me to send to its backend service and Google's Gemini API. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your circumstances. G is read-only and is not a clinician. It does not diagnose, evaluate symptoms, interpret labs, or recommend starting, stopping, changing, skipping, or timing medication or a dose.
Do not rely on G for emergencies or medical decisions. Confirm important information with a qualified clinician and seek urgent medical care for urgent symptoms.
Permissions
Optional Apple Health, microphone, speech recognition, camera, photo, notification, and iCloud features require permission or system availability. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GLP Me. You are responsible for deciding with a clinician whether personal medication and wellness tracking is appropriate for your situation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app or its online lookup service, interfere with its operation or security, access it unlawfully, or use it to harm others.
No Warranty
GLP Me is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete or accurate food data, reminder delivery, or suitability for clinical, emergency, or medical use.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP Me and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
